Hello everyone, today I will answer the FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS that we received in Virtual Assistant Solution, if you have any questions that are not here, do hesitate to ask.


What is a Virtual Assistant?

Virtual Assistant (VA) is a highly skilled independent contractor who is working remotely. They mostly provide assistance in admin tasks such as paper works, online marketing, data entry, phone calls, website maintenance, and much more.

I haven't used a VA before, how does it work and what is the process?

How do I track VA work hours?

The VAs are required to send daily log-in and end of day report via email. All of their tasks will be recorded on a Google Spreadsheet that will also be shared with you. You can also have it share it in Dropbox. This way you can check all their output any time as long as you have an internet connection. The VAs are also required to be online on skype during the working period by which you can chat or call them anytime. We also have a Manager in charge to check their attendance and check their daily output. If you have any questions or concerns about your VAs the Manager and the support team are always there to assist you.

How do I make sure that my information and intellectual property are secure?
At Virtual Assistant Solutions, we consider privacy and information security the MOST IMPORTANT factor in building our relationship with our clients. Prior to employment, the VAs are oriented and required to read the rules and regulation of the company and they all sign a Non-disclosure Agreement.


Can the VA speak good English?
Yes, the VAs at Virtual Assistant Solutions are pre-screened. All of our VA’s came from Customer Support, Technical Support, Telemarketing, Email Support and/or other BPO  backgrounds. industry. We are very confident of their communicational and administrative skills.

What is the payment method?
Invoices will be sent, that will allow you to pay via credit cards or PayPal.
